Due to circumstances beyond our control, the CFC Auxiliary regrettably has decided to postpone its “Inaugural Amazing Scavenger Hunt” event originally scheduled for June 8, 2013. The Champions for Children Auxiliary is planning to reschedule this event for later in the year and is looking at available dates in the Fall of 2013. Champions for Children’s Auxiliary is excited to announce its next upcoming event and we want you to save the date. The Inaugural Amazing Scavenger Hunt is scheduled for Saturday, June 8th, 2013. Mark your calendars now and read below for more details.
Date of event: TBD
Time: 10am – 2pm; awards at 2:30pm
Cost: $10 per person, teams of up to 5 people
Starting Location: Champions for Children Offices: 3108 West Azeele St, Tampa, 33609
AREA SCAVENGER HUNT WILL COVER:
- North boundary – Kennedy
- South boundary – Gandy
- East boundary – Bayshore
- West boundary – Westshore
Each team will be given a list of items that they must “collect” from a specific location or business within our boundaries. There will be other side-challenges or “to-do’s” included on your scavenger hunt checklist; just to keep things fun and to keep our players thinking on their feet.
Our scavenger hunt checklist is continuing to grow, but there is still time to become a sponsor.
